Using the Multilingual Features in Your Clinic

• 1In the app, go to Settings › Preferences › Default Languages.
• 2Under ✏️ Written, pick the language your notes are written in, such as English (US) or Español.
• 3Or use the language chip at the top of the app (it shows your current written language, for example en-US) to switch any time.

Tip: Your templates, built-in or custom, are filled in your written language. When you confirm a recording, the dialog shows the language the note will be written in.

• 1In the same section, open Spoken: the languages you speak during appointments.
• 2Your written language is always included; add the others you or your team use with clients.

• Speak English with your team and Spanish with the client, or switch mid-sentence: PawfectNotes captures the conversation and writes the note in your written language.
• When a teammate records for another veterinarian, the note uses that vet’s language.
